ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
We will refer to the uk-clubbing-directory.co.uk web site and UK Clubbing Directory Community and UKCD Community as the "service". We will provide this service to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified by us from time to time without notice to you. You'll need to regularly check this agreement to stay up to date with the latest amendments.

Your use of the service will confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions as well as your acceptance of the changes we make to the agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using UK Clubbing Directory Community. By accessing or using uk-clubbing-directory.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use UK Clubbing Directory Community. Remember that we may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. You agree to review the agreement periodically so as to be aware of such modifications and your continued use of this service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Any new features that enhance the current service shall also be subject to this agreement. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS IS" and that we do not assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user provided content, communications, or personalisation settings.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
UK Clubbing Directory reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that UK Clubbing Directory cannot be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of this service.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS/CODE OF CONDUCT
You understand that all "information" including but not limited to data, text, postings, photos, or other materials whether posted publicly or sent privately via the service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. You are entirely responsible for all "information" including but not limited to data, text, postings, photos, or other materials that you transmit through this service.

UK Clubbing Directory has no control over the information submitted via this service and cannot and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy and integrity of the information provided.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

You are fully aware and are in agreement that by using this service, you may be exposed to information or other content that may be deemed offensive or indecent. Under no circumstances will UK Clubbing Directory be liable in any way for any information, including but not limited to, errors or omissions, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any information provided or aquired through this service, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. UK Clubbing Directory retains the right, without obligation, to remove messages or information that include any material UK Clubbing Directory deems abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.

g) transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other malicious computer code

You grant UK Clubbing Directory the world-wide, royalty-free, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display all content or information you choose to post to publicly accessible areas of the service (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

You note and agree that content or information placed in publicly accessible areas including but not limited to live chat, forums and city listings may be seen by anyone using the service.

You agree that you have the right to publicly display all content or information that you post to or transmit through the service and that such content or information does not infringe any copyright.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold UK Clubbing Directory, and its affiliates, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service or your violation of this agreement.

UKCD COMMUNITY SECURITY AND PASSWORDS
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password to your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. UK Clubbing Directory cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

UK CLUBBING DIRECTORY'S RIGHTS
UK Clubbing Directory reserves the right to deny access to you to the service at any time, and also reserves the right to remove any listings or other information or content from the service at any time and at its sole discretion.

TERMINATION
You agree that UK Clubbing Directory, may terminate your UK Clubbing Directory Community account or use of this service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service.

VIOLATIONS
You are requested to report any violations of this agreement to info@uk-clubbing-directory.co.uk

ADVERTISEMENTS
As consideration for using the Service, you agree and understand that UK Clubbing Directory will display ads and other information adjacent to the information throughout the service.

MISCELLANEOUS
UK Clubbing Directory has no control over external links to resources and you agree that UK Clubbing Directory is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and is not responsible or liable for any content available from such resources.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
